Adriana Laespada is a multidisciplinary artist with extensive experience as an actress, opera singer, and stage director. Her life and work are deeply connected to art, and she has lived and worked in the Basque Country, Italy, and England.
Her training in performing arts was carried out with teachers such as Gary Condés and Tom Radcliffe in London, specializing in the Meisner technique, in addition to Teatro Azione Acting School (Rome).
His training also encompasses Fine Arts (University of the Basque Country), Classical Singing (Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga Conservatory) and Stage Direction for Opera (Verona Accademia per l'Opera).
She has recently directed her adaptation of Frank Wedekind's 'Spring Awakening', which premiered at the Arriaga Theatre and Pabellón 6. She has also toured France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland with the TNT Theatre company with Federico García Lorca's 'The House of Bernarda Alba', and participated in the British television series 'Signora Volpe' (Acorn TV), broadcast on BBC America and Prime Video.
Among her upcoming projects is the writing of her new play, 'Casta Diva', thanks to the grant for the development of theatrical texts from the Basque Government.
